At RAAC BRAC we’ve built partnerships with suppliers, engineers and installers. Utilising their skills and expertise to provide you with a single source solution, capable of overcoming the many challenges with remediating RAAC in live and vacant properties. The system was developed initially for the retail environment where clients wanted a simple, cost effective, minimally disruptive product to enable trade to continue whilst the safety of colleagues and customers was maintained. 

We partner with MP consulting to survey, design, calculate and specify RAAC BRAC, providing you with all the back up required to continue to use, dispose or market any given space. 

The component nature of the design has enabled our installers to fit several thousand kits, all by hand. These multi skilled tradespersons have become efficient and quick, with experience of a wide range of scenarios.

Whether you have RAAC as a roof or someone has converted RAAC to a floor, we have four primary kit types to cover 95% of RAAC scenarios. Bespoke solutions and trimmers are all available and typically picked up during the MP surveys.
